No serious business partner. 2 hours before a long-term scheduled on-site appointment, it was canceled without any justification and only via email. I might have some understanding if this were a trivial small order, but we are talking about a project that is clearly in the five-figure range in terms of costs. I stumbled upon the shop by chance and was surprised by the large selection. This way I finally got all the screws I was looking for from one source and didn't have to order from different dealers. So I placed my order on Sunday afternoon and it was already there on Tuesday, top, it can't get any faster. The price is also great directly on the homepage, I only noticed afterwards that they also sell production through a large 'marketplace' (which one that is, you can probably guess). However, the companies there also have to pay fees, so I prefer to order directly whenever possible, and a comparison afterwards showed that it was a good choice since the prices directly with the dealer are still a bit more pleasant. That of course pleases the customer. All in all, as already written Very large selection Good price Very fast delivery I will definitely remember the shop, recommend it further, and also order there again when I need something.

I urgently needed screws that the regular hardware stores do not have, they said yes they have them in stock but we won't sell them to you because you don't have an account, creating an account didn't work either. They may have a great selection but that's no way to treat customers.
